Werner Enterprises, Inc. in Cleveland, TN is seeking an Overnight Transportation Supervisor to plan, schedule, and track drivers and freight, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries while upholding safety procedures.

You will monitor tractor/trailer pools, coordinate with shop technicians for maintenance, and serve as the primary contact for customer accounts via phone and email. Knowledge of DOT rules and HOS is required; TMS experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years of dispatch, load planning, or fleet supervisory experience in the trucking/transportation industry.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)—specifically TMW—is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule, and track drivers and freight to guarantee on-time pickup and delivery.
• Monitor and balance tractor/trailer pools across accounts; coordinate with on-site shop technicians for maintenance and repairs.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer accounts via phone and email; deliver daily reports and transit updates.
