Our Transportation Supervisor out of the Cleveland, TN office requires the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities based on daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask while taking appropriate action with minimal supervision. **Shift:** 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday**Responsibilities:*** Plan, schedule, and track drivers and freight to guarantee on-time pickup and delivery. Confirm load assignments and ensure operational and safety procedures are strictly upheld.* Monitor and balance tractor/trailer pools across accounts. Coordinate directly with on-site shop technicians to expedite maintenance, inspections, and repairs.* Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts via phone and email. Deliver accurate daily reports, proactively communicate transit updates, and lead route execution check-ins.* Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) and electronic logs (ELD) to ensure DOT compliance.
