Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA is seeking a Training Assistant for the night shift. You will coordinate the training curriculum for all facility employees and ensure sessions are prepared with established materials to support our training strategy.

You will monitor on-the-job training, coach and mentor Warehouse Associate Trainers, Team Leads, Supervisors and Managers, and document training activities. Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the training curriculum for all employees in the facility.
• Ensures training sessions are properly prepared and executed with established materials within established timelines.
• Monitors continuous on-the-job training and coaches Trainers, Team Leads, Supervisors and Managers on effective training methods.
• Documents and tracks training for associates.
• Collaborates with Training Manager, Director, and Human Resources to identify training gaps.
