Job summary

DSV in USA West Branch is seeking a Training Assistant for night shift to coordinate and deliver onsite training across the facility. This role ensures sessions are prepared, trains employees, and tracks development, reporting to the Training Manager and HR.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's in Education, Communications, Business Admin, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the training curriculum for all employees in the facility.
• Ensures training sessions are properly prepared and executed with established materials within established timelines.
• Monitors on-the-job training of employees and guides trainers and supervisors on effective training methods.
• Provides training, follow-up coaching and feedback to trainers and managers.
• Works with Training Manager, Director, and HR to determine training gaps.
• May conduct or assist with orientation sessions and document/track training.
