Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an ITS / Toll Systems Technician for night shift to service, repair, and install Toll Collection Systems. You will troubleshoot electronic equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document actions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–3+ years in field support or ITS, with strong analytical and communication skills. Work is on-site in Charlotte, NC, with standard safety procedures and potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Military Training, or related field.
• 0 to 3+ years of related experience in field support, IT, tolling systems or ITS.
• Experience with tolling systems and/or intelligent transportation systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and report customer and revenue facing tolling issues proactively.
• Respond to corrective maintenance requests and alarms within the allotted time frame.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software and system issues.
• Install, preventive and corrective maintenance of toll collection equipment (lane controllers, RFID, cameras, network gear).
• Provide shift-to-shift communications and maintain logs/reports.
• Collaborate with system maintenance and external providers to resolve issues.
