Job summary

NTE | NTE35W TEXpress Lanes in Dallas, TX seeks a Lead Field Service Technician to service Toll Collection Systems, ITS, and network devices along our I-35W corridor. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment to keep tolling operations smooth and efficient.

The role requires 5–8+ years in field support, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred, IMSA-II certification a plus, and willingness to work weekends or be on-call.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, military training, or electrical engineering preferred.
• 5–8+ years of related experience in field support, ITS, or tolling systems.
• IMSA-II (Traffic Signal Tech 2) certification preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, nights and be on-call as needed.
• Fundamental electrical/mechanical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to junior Analysts on procedures and system operations.
• Document and report customer tolling issues proactively.
• Analyze system data and trends to identify exceptions.
• Respond to corrective maintenance requests and alarms within SLA.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software and system issues.
• Install, upgrade, and verify system components and wiring.
