Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an Overnight Clinician Aide to provide a safe residential environment and engage clients in skills training. Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis coordination, and medication process oversight.

The role emphasizes independant living skills, health promotion, transportation, and collaboration with clinical staff, with opportunities for growth within the Terros Health system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 weeks in a behavioral health setting.
• An associate’s degree in a behavioral health field, or a bachelor’s degree in the same field.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check and be at least 21 years old; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and supervision during overnight shifts.
• Observe and facilitate client activities, meals, and housing routines.
• Administer medication self-administration observation and basic first aid as needed.
• Document observations and hand off information to the next shift promptly.
• Coordinate care tasks, crisis management, and de-escalation per policy.
