Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a skilled manufacturing technician for our Wilton, CT facility. The role involves assembling high-level systems in a clean room, ensuring specifications are met and processes are improved.

You will work on pilot to volume production, develop and refine TPD, and maintain knowledge of modules and how they fit the full system. The position requires 3+ years in mechanical manufacturing/assembly, strong attention to detail, and comfort with structured problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required, or equivalent education experience.
• 3+ years of Mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Very detail oriented.
• Experience working assembling small parts preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in a technical assembly environment preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing Training preferred.
• Strong analytical skills capable of translating requirements into executable schedule.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
• Analytical thinker, structured, able to work with the available information.
• Service oriented, good communicator and team player.
• Strives for and facilitates continuous improvements.
• Strong Computer Skills SAP, Office and SPC Programs a plus.
• At least 4 months previous ASML experience as a Technician 4.

Responsibilities

• Quality: produce products in accordance with established specifications.
• Observe and report ongoing problems in product construction or operation.
• Contribute to product and process improvements.
• Work with Technical Product Documentation (TPD) and ensure TPD completeness.
• Discuss changes with Production Technician and Production Engineer.
