ASML US seeks a skilled technician to accurately assemble and supply ASML products in a clean room, following precise specifications. The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation integrity, and collaboration with production engineers to ensure quality and efficiency.

The position requires 3+ years in mechanical assembly, lean manufacturing exposure, and an ability to work on 3rd shift in Wilton, CT, with potential overtime as production demands rise.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Lean Manufacturing training preferred.
• 5+ years in a technical assembly environment preferred.
• At least 4 months ASML experience as Technician 4.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate requirements into schedules.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Produce parts and assemblies in a clean room following specifications.
• Improve products and processes and support changes to Technical Product Documentation.
• Oversee production from assembly through test and assist with problem solving.
• Contribute to pilot and transition to volume production for new products.
• Share knowledge and train others; support cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan activities, monitor tools and materials usage, and ensure timely delivery.
