Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Nighttime Team Member for shifts after 4pm, a part-time role in a lively, friendly environment. You will assist customers and prepare items with care to ensure quality and speed during busy periods.

Responsibilities include operating multiple stations, handling cash, restocking, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. Must be at least 16 and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to stand/walk 3 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards.
• Illinois applicants – must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler; prepare finished products.
• Handle cash transactions and balance as required.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders and resolve customer issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
