Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Nighttime Team Member working after 4pm in a busy, friendly environment. You will provide fast, friendly service and deliver quality, consistent food in a clean setting.

This part-time role offers evenings and weekends with competitive pay plus digital tips. You’ll join a team that values energy, collaboration, and excellent guest experiences in a neighborhood feel.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen (knife skills a plus).
• Able to manage allergens (peanuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, seafood).
• Team-oriented and able to stand/walk 3+ hours; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• If 18 or older, use the automatic slicer to prep items.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and handle cash securely.
• Handle customer complaints/issues effectively.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
