Job summary

Sealed Air in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Team Maintenance Lead to direct night shift activities, minimize downtime, and keep production equipment safe and reliable. You will coordinate with production leadership, supervise Technicians, and ensure adherence to standard work and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in industrial maintenance leadership, hands-on electronics and mechanical experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and SAP PM.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Relevant military training or work experience may be considered in lieu of a technical degree.
• 2–5 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, including MS Office, Visio, and Project Management.
• AutoCAD and SAP PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift activities to minimize downtime and keep production equipment safe and reliable.
• Coordinate shift tasks and advise on equipment priorities.
• coach technicians, monitor performance, and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Communicate maintenance priorities and escalations to management.
• Maintain repair documentation including SAP work orders and logs.
• Ensure standard work documents and troubleshooting guides are used.
