Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in North Carolina to service and maintain production equipment on a night shift. Starting wage is $30 per hour, with healthcare benefits available from day one and a 401k match with profit sharing.

The role demands strong electrical, PLC, hydraulics and pneumatic expertise and a focus on safety and efficiency. This position requires reading complex manuals and blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of production equipment to keep lines operational.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to identify and replace failed components such as bearings, belts, motors.
Read and interpret manuals, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance.
Dismantle/assemble machines and install parts using blueprints and hand tools.
Calibrate and adjust devices and production control systems.
Understand facilities and mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshoot.
Assist other maintenance and production team members in support of plant goals.
Determine tools and equipment needed to perform the work.
