Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment in a leadership role.
• Positive work history with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio) and Project Management.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• SAP PM Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain equipment in safe, reliable condition.
• Coordinate shift activities and provide guidance on priorities.
• Coach Technicians and ensure adherence to standard work documents (SOPs, job plans, checklists).
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety rules.
• Maintain repair documentation (maintenance logs, SAP work orders, RCAs).
• Attend Area Focus 5 meetings and communicate issues to shift craftsmen.
