Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of prior leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Translate and set goals and priorities for shift/crew.
• Assist supervisor with production flow and staffing schedules.
• Monitor training and ensure crews are properly trained with back-ups.
• Maintain safety, quality and Lean initiatives and audit scores.
• Lead shift team meetings and communicate clearly with customers and employees.
