Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces is seeking an experienced Supervisor for the Temple, TX area, overseeing hourly staff on the evening shift. You will organize personnel, manage performance and attendance, and coach team members while ensuring safety and quality in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1 year experience may substitute for 1 year of degree.
• Experience supervising hourly employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizes personnel assignments to meet daily production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements.
• Manage daily employee performance and attendance.
