Job summary

Beacon Engineered Solutions – MN, LLC is seeking a Team Leader to guide a production team and ensure safe, efficient operations on a daily basis. You will enforce safety guidelines, help troubleshoot issues, and support the shift to meet the schedule while maintaining quality and data accuracy.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, prior molding operator experience, and a willingness to perform as a backup Supervisor as needed. This is an on-site position with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Beacon employee.
• Training in general safety.
• Experience as Certified Molding Operator.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet the daily production schedule.
• Provide input to Supervisor on team member performance.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety guidelines.
• Attend shift meetings and huddles; report safety concerns.
• Assist Operators and Supervisors with troubleshooting and process problems.
• Enter production data, record scrap and downtime, reconcile at end of shift.
• Review quality rejects with Supervisor and address issues.
• Promote 5-S program and standard work.
• Capable of stepping in as Supervisor when needed.
