Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Systems Administrator in Arlington, VA with an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance to support a government customer.

This overnight role runs 11pm–7am (Sun night through Fri morning). You’ll install and maintain Windows systems, VMware, security patches, monitor performance, manage accounts, and document configurations. A BS degree and 6+ years related experience are required; relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 6+ years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Proficiency with Windows systems and VMware.
• Knowledge of network security and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and patches.
• Monitor system performance and address bottlenecks or issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document solutions.
• Provide technical end-user support and maintain documentation.
