• Provide intermediate‑level systems administration for Windows servers, user services, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain Active Directory accounts, privileges, and secure configurations.
• Administer VMware and storage, backups, and restoration with leads.
• Troubleshoot performance, availability, and access issues.
• Maintain system baselines and change‑control documentation.
