Job summary
Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Part-Time Help Desk Technician with a TS/SCI clearance to support our government customer in Arlington, VA. Essential duties include configuring devices, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and supporting a wide range of hardware and software within IA and VDI
Qualifications
- Manages touch labor tasks including fixes, configuration, and installs for end-user devices.
- Handles incident resolution and escalation with Tier II support.
- Knowledge of AD, IT infrastructure, and network basics for desktop support.
- Familiarity with VMware and VDI environments for remote/virtual desktops.
- Understanding IA requirements for devices and secure IT practices.
Responsibilities
- Install software and configure devices (printers, VOIP phones, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets).
- Serve as Tier II primary point of contact for incidents and problems.
- Provide desktop support across OS, applications, and IT equipment.
- Ensure IA requirements are met for devices and environments.
- Utilize troubleshooting methods to resolve complex customer issues.
- Work with Army environments and Classified IT supports as needed.
