Visterra Landscape Group is seeking a Sweeping Operations Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead all third-shift sweeping activities and ensure safe, efficient service delivery for designated accounts.

The role focuses on directing crews, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing routes while fostering staff development and adherence to safety policies, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years leading field operations or related services.
• Experience managing multiple crews and accounts.
• Proficiency with MS Office, GPS, and field software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all third-shift sweeping operations in the service area.
• Direct multiple crews to complete routes safely and on schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for designated customers and accounts.
• Conduct quality inspections and service audits.
• Coach and develop Sweeping Drivers and staff.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance with mechanics and equipment vendors.
• Monitor operations using GPS and routing platforms.
