Job summary

Visterra Landscape Group is seeking a Sweeping Manager to lead all third‑shift sweeping operations in the Rosemont, IL area. You will direct crews, ensure safe, efficient routes, and uphold customer expectations and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, operations management and communication skills, plus a track record in facilities or field services. Night shifts and travel may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum five years leading field operations or similar services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews, routes and accounts.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all third‑shift sweeping operations within the assigned market.
• Direct multiple crews to complete routes safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for designated customers and oversee service delivery.
• Coach and develop Sweeping Drivers and field personnel.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and nightly routing to maximize efficiency.
