Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Night Shift Sweeping Crew member to perform roadway maintenance, sweeping, and debris removal in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The role requires night-time work, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and flexibility for rotating schedules and weather events. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and MOT traffic control certification or coursework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand/power tools.
• MOT (Traffic Control) certifications/courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance operations during the night shift.
• Sweep and debris removal on roadways in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Assist with snow/ice control and incident response as needed.
• Adhere to federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Schedule flexibility to work Sundays–Thursdays and rotating shifts.
