The role is hands-on and fast-paced, with focus on execution, accountability, and budget-adherent production. Strong leadership, scheduling, and material coordination are essential, as well as safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape production or field operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of landscape equipment, materials, and installation practices.
• Ability to lead from the field and make quick, practical decisions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple landscape crews to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Set clear quality, pace, and safety expectations and coach staff.
• Conduct daily jobsite check-ins to ensure staffing and efficiency.
• Adjust crew schedules based on weather, equipment, and priorities.
• Coordinate materials deliveries and ensure crews have proper tools.
• Serve as the link between crews, account managers, and leadership; report progress.
