Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant for the inpatient unit. The role performs direct patient care, assists with daily living activities, and supports the nursing team to maintain a safe, healing environment. Night shifts run 7:00 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m. with rotation for holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED and a CNA license; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification/licensure required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under nurse supervision and support ADLs.
• Document care activities using correct terminology and monitor patient status.
• Administer basic nursing tasks and assist with patient safety and comfort.
• Collect patient data and report changes to the nursing team as needed.
• Support family education and ensure equipment is available for care.
