Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Care Partner to join our nightshift team. The role supports the Registered Nurse by delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, assisting with daily living activities and basic clinical tasks as assigned.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and other caregivers to promote safe, respectful care, monitor vital signs, perform ADLs, and help maintain a healing environment in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BLS certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a healthcare team.
• Ability to perform ADLs and monitor basic patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Support RN and healthcare team with patient care tasks.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Maintain patient room cleanliness and safety.
• Document care provided in the EMR.
