Responsibilities

• Excellence in customer service by partnering with health care team, patient and family.
• Protect rights and dignity of resident at all times.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies.
• Responds to resident needs promptly and communicates with the nurse/manager.
• Provide basic resident care (hygiene, nutrition, elimination, comfort) as assigned.
• Take vital signs and document care as required.
• Stock supplies, transport medications, and participate in unit tasks as needed.
