Job summary

The Wellstar Health System is seeking a Night RN to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting in Georgia. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure safe outcomes, advocate for patients, and support performance improvement initiatives through shared governance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN in Georgia.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years RN patient care experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families, ensuring goals become the plan of care.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in quality and governance initiatives.
