Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience: prior work with psychiatric mental health populations in residential settings.
• Skills: knowledge of group processes, therapeutic relationships, crisis intervention, and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of quality mental health care within structured clinical programs.
• Supervise Mental Health Technicians; monitor effectiveness and schedule staff.
• Provide leadership in program operations and assist in coverage when needed.
