Job summary

Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural Welder for a night-shift temp-to-hire role in Sapulpa, OK. You will perform FCAW on structural steel components, read blueprints and welding symbols, and pass a vertical-up weld test.

The night shift runs 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, with possible overtime on Saturdays. Safety and quality are emphasized in a fast-paced production setting. The position requires dependable attendance, accurate welds, and the ability to work a 12-hour night shift

Qualifications

• FCAW welding experience on structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Ability to pass the required weld qualification test.
• Experience with measuring tools and weld quality accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW on structural components per specifications.
• Weld and fabricate steel parts according to blueprints.
• Read fabrication blueprints and welding symbols; verify locations and orientation.
• Prepare materials and joints for welding; perform vertical-up welding.
• Inspect welds for defects; maintain quality and safety on a 12-hour shift.
