Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet customers, oversee service quality, and coach teammates to work efficiently while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with hospitable service and engage with a friendly attitude.
• Serve quality food and beverages to customer specs in a safe, fast, and accurate manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
