Job summary

Sheetz is recruiting a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy and a strong sense of hospitality. You will mentor teammates, ensure orders and service meet exact customer specifications, and help run a fast, safe operation.

This role includes a $1.50/hr extra for working 10pm-6am, along with competitive salaries, PTO and parental leave, 401k match and employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, full medical/vision/dental coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach; lift up to 20 pounds and assist lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
