Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead a store team and deliver top-tier customer service on a fast-paced shift. You’ll motivate staff, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for every customer.

As a night-owl role, you’ll benefit from a $1.50/hour shift differential for overnight hours (10pm–6am), alongside competitive pay, PTO, parental leave, and opportunities for growth. Your hands-on leadership will drive daily operations and store appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds (and assist with 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years or older; some tasks may require 21+ in VA.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly service and hospitality.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications quickly and safely.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
