Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and hospitality. You’ll guide staff, ensure quality service, and maintain store standards while meeting customer demands in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a night shift premium of $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am, plus extensive benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, medical/vision/dental coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/food service is preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (some tasks may require 21+).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
