Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lb; may assist lifting 40 lb.
• Must be 18+ years old; VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greeting and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications, fast and safely.
• Mentor and coach the team to prioritize tasks and work as a unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and ready for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
