Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead our store team with high-energy, positive attitude and a strong focus on hospitality. You will mentor staff, ensure orders meet exact customer specifications, and maintain a fast, safe service standard while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

The role includes a night shift with a $1.50/hr premium for working 10pm-6am, and a suite of benefits including bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

Experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications safely, quickly, and with a friendly approach.
Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and perform well as a Team Member.
Monitor store inventory and ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
