Job summary

Sheetz is looking for a Supervisor to lead in-store operations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency. You will mentor team members, ensure high standards of service, and manage daily tasks across the store environment.

The role offers a competitive wage with a starting hourly rate of USD 19.00, plus an additional $1.50/hr for night shifts (10pm-6am). A strong benefits package and performance bonuses are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks).
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach fellow team members to prioritize tasks and perform well.
• Monitor in-store inventory and ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
