Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams, deliver exceptional hospitality, and ensure safe, fast, and friendly service. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, managing tasks, and maintaining store presentation.

The position offers growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a shift differential of $1.50/hour for night hours (10pm–6am). Successful candidates will be at least 18 (21 for some tasks in VA) and ready to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds; may assist with 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old; VA law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
