Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a strong team mindset. You will welcome customers, ensure quick, accurate food and beverage service, and coach teammates to prioritize tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role includes a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm–6am, opportunities for advancement, and a broad package of benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and stand for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Willingness to mentor and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
