Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a team-first mindset. You will mentor staff, ensure orders, merchandising and customer service excellence, and uphold cleanliness across store and dining areas.

Eligible for a $1.50/hr shift differential for 10pm-6am, with strong growth opportunities, PTO, 401k match, and stock ownership as part of the extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and excel as a team
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean
