Job summary

Sheetz, Inc seeks a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. Welcome customers with hospitality, coach teammates, and ensure products are available while maintaining cleanliness in the store and dining areas.

This role may include a supplemental $1.50/hr for night shifts (10pm-6am) with opportunities for bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• VA requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages to customer specifications
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on in-store products to ensure shelves are stocked and items are available
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
