Sheetz, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team with a focus on hospitality and customer service.

You will guide team members, ensure quality food and beverages are prepared to spec, and maintain store standards. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; may assist lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
