Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy, customer‑focused service. You will guide staff to prepare quality food and beverage orders to exact specs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role includes coaching teammates, ensuring stock and merchandising readiness, and keeping the store clean and welcoming for guests; it also features a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm–6am hours and a strong focus on growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warm greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications quickly and safely.
• Mentor and coach store team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor in-store stock, merchandising, and product availability for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
