Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor position in Ohio. You’ll lead a store team, deliver high-energy customer service, and help ensure fast, accurate food and beverage preparation. Night shifts include a $1.50/hr premium for working 10pm–6am.

You’ll mentor teammates, maintain product availability, and uphold store cleanliness while driving growth and engagement. This role offers strong growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lb; assist others with lifting up to 40 lb.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for some tasks per VA law).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications, safely and quickly
• Mentor and coach your team to prioritize tasks
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean
