Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor role in Ohio. You will lead store team members, deliver high-energy hospitality, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing daily operations. A nighttime shift differential applies for 10pm–6am, reflecting additional compensation and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and stand for shifts.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds, with help for heavier lifting.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 years for certain tasks in VA).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to order in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your team to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
