Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy and a service-first mindset. You will mentor crew, ensure safety, quality, and hospitality while meeting daily goals and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a night-shift eligible role with a $1.50/hr differential for 10pm-6am, you’ll manage operations, train teammates, and foster a positive, high-performance culture across the store. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Must be 18+; supervisors may have higher age requirements in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly service and hospitality.
• Serve quality food/beverages to order, safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
