Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training requirements may apply.
• Associates will attend and successfully complete all required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, coaching, and listening to associates.
• Drive store performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using established processes.
