Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and complaints are resolved and provide action plans for improvement.
• Promote a culture of belonging and hire/mentor associates to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics and support Open Door Policy.
