Qualifications

• Two years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or leadership certificates through Walmart Live Better U program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams with training and feedback to improve operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using established models.
• Drive store sales, budgeting, and inventory control to meet targets.
