Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience.
• Experience leading overnight teams preferred.
• Completion of forklift / power jack training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary overnight coverage and monitor store safety and sanitation standards.
• Direct work and address/resolve issues to maintain overnight operations.
• Coordinate with departments and communicate overnight operations to daytime leadership.
• Support customer service by addressing complaints and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure proper product handling, cold chain integrity, and adherence to SOPs.
